1. Information we collect

You provide it when you:

• Place an order — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and order details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive a payment confirmation and card metadata (brand, last four digits) but never your full card number.
• Use the "Sell to Us" or appraisal form — your contact details and the descriptions, photos, and certification numbers of items you want to sell or consign.
• Sell items to us — as a precious-metals buyer we are required by law to record your government-issued photo ID and to keep transaction records for anti-money-laundering, tax, and state dealer-reporting purposes.
• Subscribe or contact us — your email address and the contents of your messages.

Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, via standard server logs and the cookies necessary for the cart and checkout to work. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

2. How we use it

• To process, ship, insure, and support your orders.
• To evaluate, purchase, or consign items you offer us, and to pay you.
• To comply with legal obligations: anti-money-laundering recordkeeping, IRS reporting, state precious-metals-dealer reporting, sanctions screening, and responses to lawful process.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To send order updates and — only if you opt in — our email updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

3. When we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers acting for us: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers and insurers, email delivery, cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), and grading services (NGC, PCGS) when you ask us to submit coins on your behalf.
• Law enforcement and regulators where reporting is required for precious-metals transactions or compelled by lawful process.
• Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality duties.
• A successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

4. Retention

Order and transaction records, including seller ID records, are retained for at least five years (longer where tax or state law requires). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Sell-form submissions that don't lead to a transaction are deleted after 12 months.

5. Your choices and rights

• Marketing: unsubscribe any time via the link in any email or at /unsubscribe.
• Access, correction, deletion: email sales@denaricoins.com and we will honor your request where the law allows. We cannot delete records we are legally required to keep (such as anti-money-laundering and tax records) until their retention period expires.
• State privacy rights: depending on your state, you may have rights to know, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to personal data, and rely on PCI-compliant processors for payments. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be highlighted on the site or emailed to affected users.
